Role Overview & Responsibilities

Peach Sales Executive must be achievers whom hunger for growth, responsibility and reward. Peach Sales Executives are empowered to take responsibility for driving new business opportunities and profitable revenue growth within assigned territories. Successful applicants will develop and plan strategies and activities for specified verticals and will be responsible for initiating calls, identifying buyer influences, overcoming objections, introducing new services, making sales presentations and negotiating the entire process through to close of sale.

Key Accountabilities

  • You must meet sales targets,  however Peach wants it employees to excel. We want people whom want to exceed the monthly sales quota! You will be required to achieve this via outbound/ inbound leads management that enable you to strategically sell the company’s various product family propositions to new prospects and existing customers. A consultative manner is an expectation required to achieve this.
  • Systematically develop and execute well thought out, focused company sales strategies that deliver the monthly sales quota.
  • Proactively generate, qualify and close new business opportunities within an assigned territory.
  • Own the responsibility of the full sales cycle from strategic engagement all the way through to the close of a sale whilst taking time to deliver the most important ingredient – a HAPPY CUSTOMER!  
The successful candidates will possess the following qualifications and key skills:
  • Proven successful commercial experience of achieving targets within a strategic sales environment. Incorporating value/solutions service selling ideally within the IT/ Technology sector.
  • Proven territory development skills. Must be able to generate, qualify and close business opportunities.
  • Strong full life cycle B2B sales experience.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed targets in the shape of KPIs and a monthly revenue quota.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Excellent rapport building skills via the phone, email and face to face to ensure the effective delivery of proposals.
  • Proven ability to prioritise and work on a number of opportunities at any time within a challenging monthly driven cycle. A key area here is the ability to drive longer term strategic opportunities whilst working transactional business to deliver the monthly target.
  • Demonstrable ability to develop rapport and solution sell into board level contacts within SMB businesses.
  • Knowledge of MS-Office tools, principally Outlook, Word, Excel and Dynamics.

This role will suit someone with a background of B2B Sales, B2C Sales, Telecoms Sales, IT Sales, Insurance Sales, Recruitment, and Media Sales. The ideal candidate will be from Hampshire. However, this is not essential, if you feel you are perfectly suited to a career change into progressive sales we still want to hear from you.
