Earlier this year, we moved offices and at the same time changed IT providers. Peach Technologies became involved at a very early stage, offering constructive input and recommendations into the office relocation, even before they had been awarded the contract.
We were impressed with Peach’s professionalism and ability to embrace the numerous revisions we went through, in order to get the I.T. solution we wanted. Subsequently Peach were awarded our IT and Telecommunications contract.
Prior to the move itself, Peach carried out a lot of work behind the scenes, in order to make sure the transition went through as smoothly as possible. The actual hardware installation was completed in a couple of days, just prior to the actual “switchover”. After a few initial teething problems (inevitable with such a wholesale migration as ours, which were sorted out very quickly) our systems have worked like clockwork.
What has continued to impress though, is Peach’s on-going back up and technical support.
To us, this continued back up and support was just as important as the initial installation and it was this aspect of their bid, that swung the awarding of the contract in their favour.
Peach may not be the cheapest, or most expensive, but they provide a professional, expedient service, which offers excellent value for money.
I can’t speak highly enough of their service. They come highly recommended.

I appreciate all the hard work and effort you put into our account. You reply to my calls and emails promptly (which is a first for me when dealing with a telecoms company!) and you don’t try to pass me off to someone else. On the odd occasion that I have had to contact the customer service team, the service I receive from them was excellent and they liaised with BT for me.
For the first time I have actually found someone who sticks to his word and even after the sale has been done you are contactable, extremely helpful and care about your customers. This is something that is rare these days. I know we will be dealing with you for many years to come and would have no hesitation recommending you.

He is a huge credit to your company and could not have been more helpful. The standard of workmanship was impeccable and he took time to talk to every staff member so that they fully understood how to use the new system. He worked late into the night on a Friday after BT struggled to set the lines up but with no complaint.

I was away last week on holiday in Cornwall and left somewhat apprehensive about the installation at Botley going ahead without me there.
Can I just say that I have never heard such positive comments on an installation in any of our nurseries of any equipment – the guys were, according to the management team, accommodating to the needs of the children, polite at all times, professional and whilst a lot was happening on site, they did not interrupt any of the day to day running of the nursery – nobody called me in a panic, nobody called to complain – in fact I felt somewhat redundant!! I just want to pass this on as Peach (like Hopscotch) probably often only hears the negative comments as part of the service industry, and I can see why you have won the awards on your emails because Peach clearly is doing it right from top to bottom.
We look forward to moving all our nurseries to your services as soon as possible.

When I request an engineer through Gary I always ask for Brett as in the past we have had issues as you’re aware, but never have had one issue with Brett. We talk the same language, he is sharp and understands what I’m trying to do all the time.
I do also feel Gary deserves some recognition.

I just wanted to write to you about the installation of our new phone system over the last two days.
Your engineer, Brett is a credit to your company. He could not have been more professional, helpful and approachable, he was a delight to have working with us.
His standards are obviously very high and his customer service skills were outstanding, I think the team ( particularly Amy) really miss him this morning as he fitted in with us so well!
The system was thoroughly explained to my staff in terms that that could understand, no pompous jargon and they are all enjoying the new system so far as a result of it.
So in summary, thanks for sending us such a great guy for our install which as a result was not only painless but enjoyable! He really is an asset to your company.
I am writing on behalf of our company to thank both Robin and Aaron for all the hard work they put in to installing our new phone system from scratch at our new offices. As the offices are situated in an old building the job was much more intensive than in a modern office block.
They were very helpful and good-natured throughout the job.

However the reason for this email is to say that Brett was absolutely brilliant, he arrived promptly, happy and enthusiastic, thankfully, unlike BT engineers, Brett knew exactly what he was talking about and kept me informed of what was happening at every point, he listened to what I needed, showed everyone and trained us thoroughly on the system, he told me about some new ideas that I can also put into place to make the system work for me.
I just have to say he was a pleasure to have in my office and did not leave until everyone had fully understood how the system worked and this was at 19:00, he tidy and hovered up after himself and disposed of all the rubbish.
It is so often that people do not get the credit they deserve and Brett definitely deserves it.
